Manufacturing low voltage equipments

Equipments are manufactured at our site in Debrecen, Hungary. During the assembly of equipment, we keep cooperating with the designer and operator in order to manufacture an optimum technical solution. Our company has used an ISO9001 quality management system that guarantees the use of mounting materials of proper quality, and thereby the high technical standard and long lifetime of each equipment manufactured. We manufacture the following equipments:

– Manufacturing LV enclosed switchgear units up to 4000 A
– Assembly of secondary booths for MV switchgear units
– Manufacturing control engineering units and protection cabinets

Designing

We mainly design linear facilities, transformer substations and electric switchgear units. Our professional skill and experience allows us to cover the entire design spectrum of electric facilities including preparation of primary, secondary and protection final designs. Designs are documented using AutoCAD and OmegaCAD systems. If requested, the designs are also available to the customer in English and German languages. Our customers are mainly industrial and service provider companies, investors and general contractors. We design the following:

– Designing of medium- and low voltage cable networks
– Designing of medium- and low voltage overhead line networks
– Designing of industrial and communal transformer substations
– Designing of low voltage switchgear units
– Designing of medium voltage switchgear units
– Preparing designs for protection and control engineering units
– Preparing final designs for consumption meters for accounting

Service

We provide a high standard service background for medium- / low voltage transformer substations, low voltage switchgear units manufactured by us and for switchgears distributed by us. We have up-to-date tools, equipments, properly skilled personnel and a considerable spareparts base. We provide for an on-site guarantee for our products. We undertake to perform service and maintenance for medium- and low voltage switchgear units and switchgears of different manufacture all throughout the country. The service we offer includes:

– Network condition assessment, consultation
– Periodic inspection of switchgears
– Setting of protection, protection test
– Network analysis, energy management
